Adam Direen
Our Business Manager, a seasoned professional with years of experience. Adam started his career as a teacher finding his niche teaching VET construction before moving into his current position in a business management role at Merlin. Adam brings a fresh perspective to every project. His passion for sustainable design and community impact drives our ethos.

David Overeem
Our construction Manager is a dedicated leader who combines craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. His hands-on involvement ensures that our construction projects meet the highest standards. David started as an apprentice carpenter keen to push the boundaries of standard residential construction. He excelled and quickly became a leader and pioneer of architectural building methods.
Admin/office
Leandar Bowden
Leandar is highly invested in each project. She collaborates closely with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information. She compiles data from our clients, including project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Leandar then inputs this data into our project schedules, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Challenges arise in any office environment, and Leandar tackles them head-on.

Ben Stewart
Ben plays a crucial role in the preconstruction phase of any project. He analyses project requirements, assess costs, and provide accurate estimates to guide decision-making. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, all which Ben excels in!
Accounts Manager
Dhida Ruangrit
Dhida, our longest standing team member, brings extensive knowledge and experience to her role. Despite working only two days a week, Dhida consistently manages invoices efficiently and infuses the office with a vibrant and youthful attitude.”
